PORT ORCHARD — Gary Riggins of Port Orchard died of a heart attack March 5.
Gary was a retired, wounded veteran. Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 14, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Port Orchard. The church is at 1550 Hoover St.
