Vikings temporarily took over the Poulsbo City Council Chambers before the Feb. 17 meeting to cheer the mayor’s proclamation honoring the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Poulsbo Sons of Norway Lodge. The local lodge was chartered June 4, 1916. Women were admitted for membership Jan. 9, 1923.
