POULSBO — The seasons are changing, and Kitsap Peninsula residents were greeted by the sight of a bright moon on a windy, wintry Nov. 24.
Look for the full moon today — at 2:44 p.m. Nov. 25 — at which time, according to www.moongiant.com, it will be fullest.
