Unofficial election results show EMS Levy passing

The Central Kitsap Fire and Rescue EMS levy will continue according to unofficial election results from the Kitsap County Auditor elections division.

Voters supported continuation of the levy with 77.8 percent in favor and 22.2 percent against.

There were 88,036 registered voters and 25,594 ballots cast, for a 29.1 percent turnout for both the CK and South Kitsap fire levies.
