Ceremony honoring Boyer is Dec. 22

Kitsap County Sheriff Steve Boyer will be honored for his more than 16 years of service during a Dec. 22 ceremony.
The ceremony is 12-2 p.m. at the Kitsap County Commissioners’ Chamber, 619 Division St., in Port Orchard.
