Track and Field: Bucs qualify for 12 events at State

TACOMA — Kingston High School is being represented in 12 events at the 2A State Championship Meet.
The meet began Thursday and continues until May 25, at Mount Tahoma High School.
The girls’ team also qualified for two events as alternates.
The athletes qualified for the state championships during the West Central District III meet May 18. Kingston boys finished ninth at Districts (32). Kingston girls finished fifth (57).
Top male finishers for the Bucs at Districts included Andrew Beversluis, who finished first in the Pole Vault.
Top female finishers included Kelly Nash in the 800 Meters, and Annie Roberts in the 1,600 and 3,200 Meters.
