South Kitsap Fire and Rescue crews were called to a possible water mudflats near the Harper boat launch at Southworth and Olympiad drives Wednesday afternoon. A SKFR battalion chief said that an aid car was dispatched to the scene, but arrived to find the car being towed out of the mud by another private vehicle.
