Hansen qualifies

for Whitworth Laureate Society

Trevor Hansen of Hansville was named to the Whitworth University Laureate

Society for spring semester 2008. He qualified for the academic honor society by maintaining a grade-point average of at least 3.75 during the semester.

Founded in 1890, Whitworth is a private liberal-arts university affiliated

with the Presbyterian Church and enrolls about 2,600 students in more than 50 undergraduate and graduate programs at its Spokane campus.

English classes offered in

The English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) program at Olympic College assists non-native English speakers to improve their English listening comprehension, reading, writing and speaking skills

Daytime and evening classes are available, held in Poulsbo, Bremerton, Belfair and Shelton, and may be available at no cost.
