Faith Episcopal
a hit in Sequim
Members of Faith Episcopal Church recently traveled from Kingston to St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Sequim to participate in a regional croquet tournament, joined by other Episcopal churches on the Olympic Peninsula. Brenda and Frank Toth conceived the idea of having Faith’s members dress as characters from “Alice In Wonderland,” much to the enjoyment of others.
The Kingston church invites the community to a healing service at Faith Episcopal Church on the second Wednesday of each month. Contemplative music begins at 6:30 p.m. followed by a service at 7 p.m.
A Community Meal is offered the last Wednesday of each month. Begun as an outreach project of the church, it has evolved into an opportunity to get together, meet others and share food and conversation. The meal begins at 5:30 p.m. and ends at 7:30 p.m.
Faith Episcopal Church is located in the VFW Hall on West First Street. For more information, go to www.faith-episcopal.org or call Ray Sheldon, Deacon Administrator, at (360) 271-4987 or Judy Drummond, Senior Warden, at (360) 779-5543.
