Semi cleared from roadway SR3/SR 104 traffic still slow

An over-turned semi-truck that was blocking the southbound lane of State Route 3, just south of the SR 3/SR 104 junction, near the Hood Canal Bridge has been cleared, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.

Alternating, single-lane traffic control is in effect
