POULSBO – State Sen. Christine Rolfes, D-Bainbridge Island, Rep. Sherry Appleton, D-Poulsbo, and Rep. Drew Hansen, D-Bainbridge Island will host town hall meetings at two locations on March 11.

The first will be from 9:30-11 a.m. at the Eagle’s Nest, Kitsap County Fairgrounds, 1200 NW Fairgrounds Road, Bremerton.

The second will be from 1-2:30 p.m. at the City of Bainbridge Island Council Chambers, 280 Madison Ave. N., Bainbridge Island.

Rolfes is Senate Democratic assistant floor leader, ranking minority member of the Senate Early Learning and K-12 Education Committee, and assistant ranking minority member on the Ways &Means’ Operating Budget Committee.

Appleton is chairwoman of the House Local Government Committee, and serves on the House Public Safety Committee; the State Government, Elections &Information Technology Committee; and the Joint Committee on Veterans’ and Military Affairs.

Hansen is chairman of the Higher Education Committee, and also serves on the House Appropriations Committee and the House Judiciary Committee.
