Spartan soccer dances over Wolves

The Bainbridge Spartans tamed the Sequim Wolves in their final home game of the season 4-0.

BHS dominated both halves, holding Sequim to a couple of shots on goal and a few corner kicks in the entire game.

Although Bainbridge scored four, but had countless opportunities to score more. The first opportunity came when Finn McCallum had a breakaway shot but it was saved by the Sequim goalie.

BHS scored its first goal when the referee reset the ball, and Sequim was not prepared. A few minutes later, Spartan Jacob Jimenez scored on a through ball.

In the second half, Bainbridge held Sequim to one shot on goal in the final minutes of the game. The Spartans tallied two more goals 10 minutes into the second half and with seven minutes remaining.

Bainbridge has one final game at Port Angeles April 29 before its district play-in match May 2.
