South Kitsap girls bowling | Winter Sports Preview

Head coach: Lee LaDeaux

2018-2019 record: 11-2 (11-1 SPSL)

Key players: Abigal Rogers, sr.; Annabelle Nash, sr.; Jazmin Lamoureux, sr.

Outlook: Last season’s team tied Puyallup for a league championship and finished sixth as a team at the 4A state tournament, but they lost a couple of key bowlers from that team, including Abigail Key, Shylene Tudela and Erin Alonzo. Rogers was the top Wolves bowler at state last year, finishing 15th in a breakout performance and should lead the way in what should be another solid season for the program.

Schedule: Dec. 5, 3 p.m. at Emerald Ridge | Dec. 10, 3 p.m., Olympia | Dec. 12, 3 p.m., Rogers | Dec. 16, 3 p.m., Puyallup | Dec. 17, 3:15 p.m. at Curtis | Dec. 19, 3 p.m., Graham-Kapowsin | Jan. 7, 3 p.m. at Puyallup | Jan. 9, 3 p.m., Emerald Ridge | Jan. 14, 3 p.m. at Olympia | Jan. 16, 3 p.m. at Rogers.
