Former Bremerton High School standout and Umpqua Community College freshman Sawyer Kluge was named to the first-team of the NWAC South All-Region women’s basketball team.

The 5-foot-10 guard was also named to the region’s All-Freshman squad.

As a BHS senior, Kluge averaged 22.7 points per game, 12 rebounds and 5.6 steals garnering her an Olympic League MVP award and her second all-league first team selection.
