Kitsap Youth Lacross offers two clinics this month in South and North Kitsap, open to boys and girls in grades 3 through 8.

The first clinic is 1-4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 12 at Marcus Whitman Junior High School, 1887 Madrona Drive SE, Port Orchard.

On Oct. 19, a clinic will take place 1-4 p.m. at Poulsbo Middle School, 2003 NE Hostmark Street, Poulsbo.

Cost for either clinic is $10.

The clinics will offer two tracks, one for beginners and one for more experienced players. Beginners will work out at various skill stations with some of the area’s best lacrosse coaches. The experienced boys will work out in full pads and both experienced boys and girls will work on advanced techniques and scrimmaging.

Mouth guards and cleats are required. Some loaner sticks are available.
