HANSVILLE — The first Pinewood Derby in Hansville drew a crowd of more than 75 people on Feb. 5, as people came to cheer for the handmade derby cars.

The derby, hosted by the Greater Hansville Community Center, built a 32-foot track for the miniature cars.

The event was open to all ages. A second derby has been scheduled for 2 p.m. June 25.
