KINGSTON — Kingston freshman Noel Issa finished the boys Kingston cross country meet with the fastest time Wednesday.

Noel crossed the finish line in 18:51.

Kingston sophomore Nick Myers took second in 19:01.

Kingston took first as a team, with North Kitsap in second. North Mason finished last.
