Key swimmers: Kira Ashmore, Maggie Gibson, Kylee Hutchison, Alayna Kisiday, Kora Lamy, Chelsea Miller, Haley Morkert, Taylor Sims, Amanda Ashmore, Eleanor Hebard, Beverly Hofer, Amanda Ye, Autumn Linder, Ainsley Anderson.

Outlook: The Cougars went undefeated in the South Sound Conference and took ninth at the 3A state meet, their highest finish in at least a decade. Central Kitsap returns a number of experienced swimmers, and keep an eye on freshman Amanda Ashmore, a member of the vaunted Bainbridge Island Swim Club, who could make a serious splash this season.
