The North Kitsap boys basketball team could be embarking on an historic season. With a 12-2 record and a No.3 ranking in the WIAA RPI, the Vikings are considered one of the best teams in the state. And senior guard Kobe McMillian has been a big part of that, averaging 19 points per game.

His performance in an 84-55 victory over Bremerton last week was a typically stellar one. McMillian connected on a pair of 3-pointers and all three of his free throw attempts to help North Kitsap to a 24-7 lead in the first quarter. McMillian finished that game with a team-high 19 points.
