Thomas W. Billingsley, 62

Thomas W. Billingsley, 62, longtime resident of Kingston, died Nov. 14. He was born to Wilson and Eloise Billingsley on Oct. 20, 1946, in Hudson, Fla.

He served in the Merchant Marines in the 70s and worked as a painter and general contractor for more than 30 years.

He enjoyed playing the blues harp and spending time with family and friends. He is survived by his beloved family, daughter Lisa Dellapenna and husband Albert “Sonny” of Waldorf, Md.; brothers Henri and Chris Pichal of Tampa, Fla.; life long friend Curtis “Tippy” Ebeling also of Kingston and the countless friends that touched his life.

A celebration of life is scheduled today and tomorrow.
