Lawneta Cott, 88

Poulsbo resident Lawneta Cott died July 15, 2006 in Poulsbo. She was 88.

Cott was born to Peter and Ann (Schartner) Base in Caddo County, Okla. on Feb. 5, 1918.

She married Winfred T. Cott.

She was a homemaker and a volunteer at Martha & Mary nursing home for many years. She enjoyed card making, scrapbooking, baking and quilting and attended the Poulsbo Church of the Nazarene.

Cott is survived by sons Terry (Karyn) Cott of Poulsbo and Duane (Beverly) Cott of Corona, Calif.; five grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Winfred T. Cott.

Burial services will be at a later date at Diamond Crest Cemetery in Susanville, Calif.
