June Greany, 76

June Greany died Aug. 20, 2006 in Seattle. She was 76.

Greany was born to Everett Crowston and Lexy (Hilliar) Crowston in Bismark, N.D. on June 25, 1930.

She married Maj. Virgil Raymond Greany on Feb. 14, 1957 at Fort Lewis.

Greany enjoyed watching soap operas, game shows, sports and giving family members advice.

She was a member of the Sons of Norway since 1965.

Greany is survived by her son Mike (Sharon) Greany; daughter Melanie (Don) Hendershot; brothers Lloyd (Bonnie) Crowston and Everett Crowston; six grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

Greany was preceded in death by her husband Virgil Raymond Greany and her daughter Denise.

Services will be held from 1-4 p.m. Sept. 23, 2006 at her home in Poulsbo.
