John Paul McBeath Jr., age 85, passed away on January 21, 2026, in Poulsbo, Washington. He was born on February 20, 1940, in Everett, Washington.
John Proudly served his country in the United States Navy. Following his military service, he dedicated his career to working for the government as an Information Technology Specialist. Even after retirement, his curiosity and love for technology never faded, and he continued working with computers as a favorite hobby.
Beyond his professional life, John enjoyed traveling, hunting, and –most of all– spending time with his family. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather whose steady presence and quiet strength will be deeply missed.
John is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, Rosalinda, his daughter Lisa (Mark); his son John (Kimberly); his grandchildren Moriah (Johnny) and McKenzie; and his great-grandchildren Judah and Beau. He is also survived by his siblings Duncan, Deborah, Michael, and Patrick.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Angela, his brother Leslie, and his sister Kathy.
John will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his service to his country, and the many lives he touched throughout his years.
