James C. Hutchins, 36

James Carlson Hutchins of Poulsbo died March 3, 2007 in Bremerton. He was 36.

Hutchins was born to G. David and Laurel (Judge) Hutchins in Bremerton on July 20, 1970.

Hutchins married Jennifer Ann Barber on Jan. 20, 2000 in Reno, Nevada.

He graduated from South Kitsap High School in Port Orchard in 1989.

Hutchins worked as a journeyman tree trimmer for 10 years in Kitsap and Jefferson counties, and he also served as a groundman on electrical line crew at King County Metro for eight years. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union No. 77.

He enjoyed hunting, camping, drag racing and history.

Hutchins is survived by his wife Jennifer Ann (Barber) Hutchins of Shoreline; sons Ryan Hutchins of Chico and Jack Hutchins of Chico; daughters JoAnna Hutchins of Chico and Rhiannon Hutchins of Shoreline; brother Frederick Hutchins of Port Orchard; and his parents David and Laurel Hutchins of Port Orchard.

A private graveside service was held.
