Jack M. Watson, 89

Jack M. Watson of Poulsbo died Nov. 26, 2004 in Bremerton. He was 89.

Watson was born to Adolf and Isabell B. (Trubshaw) Watson on Feb. 28, 1915 in Hoquiam.

He married Marie A. Olson.

Watson was a machinist/electronics technician in the U.S. Army Civil Service and retired in 1972.

He was a member of the Port Townsend Elks Lodge and the Sons of Norway. Watson was also an amateur ham radio operator, call signal W7PFD, and enjoyed fishing and camping.

He is survived by his sons John (Joan) Watson of Poulsbo and Dennis Watson of Kingston; daughters Linda (George) Bauer of Quilcene; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife Marie A. Watson; parents Adolf and Isabell B. (Trubshaw) Watson; and sister Dorothy Greening.

Cremation will take place at Cherry Grove Crematory and arrangements are being handled by the Stone Chapel.
