Frank Hawley

Frank Hawley, 74

Kingston resident Frank Hawley died Dec. 23, 2005 in Kingston. He was 74.

Hawley was born to Walter and Nora (Grier) Hawley in Brighton, Mass. on Sept. 2, 1931.

He married Mary Hawley on May 3, 1958 in Billerica, Mass.

Hawley served in both the Marine Corps and Air Force attaining the rank of technical sergeant during the Korean and Vietnam wars with 23 years of combined military service.

Hawley was a self-employed builder, who also enjoyed building and flying radio controlled airplanes with the Olympic Radio Control Association. He was also a member of St. Olaf’s Catholic Church in Poulsbo.

He is survived by his wife Mary Hawley of Kingston; daughters Elizabeth (James) Hess, Kathleen (John) Hipp and Carol (Mark) Sullivan; and six grandchildren.

A Rosary will be held at 10:30 a.m. Dec. 31 at St. Olaf’s followed by a memorial Mass at 11 a.m. Inurnment will take place at Tahoma National Cemetery at a later date.
