Claudette C. Tom, 61

Claudette C. Tom died Sept. 14, 2006 in Seattle. She was 61.

Tom was born to Claude George, Sr. and Ruth (Alexis) George in Port Gamble on Oct. 10, 1944.

She married Ron Komok Sr.

Tom graduated from North Kitsap High School in 1962.

She was a homemaker.

She enjoyed camping at Jefferson Head, going on long drives to the ocean, beach combing and crocheting.

Tom is survived by her sons Stacy Callihoo of Little Boston, Ronald Komok Jr. of Suquamish and Joseph (Gina) Komok of Bainbridge Island; daughter Marjorie (Paul) Letson of Kent; her brothers Charles Geroge of Kingston and Claude George, Jr. of Kingston; sisters Sandra Power of Dallas, Texas, Louella Abrahamson of Spokane and Mary Lou Fulton of Little Boston; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Tom was preceded in death by her husband Ron Komok Sr. and her son Clifford George.

Visitation will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Sept. 20 at the Suquamish Tribal Center with funeral services following at 1 p.m.
