Bernard Cato Eide, Kingston, died Nov. 22 in Bremerton. He was 83 years old. He was born Dec. 30 1917 in Rush City, Minn. He served in the U.S. Army from 1942 to 1945. He worked as a logger in Washington until 1959, then as a farmer and a mechanic in South and North Dakota until 1980, when he returned to Washington. His brother Kenneth Edie, Salt Lake City, Utah and sister Dorothy Gustafson, Kingson, survive him. At his request, no services will be held. Inurnment will be at Cherry Grove Cemetery.
