Barbra Cloud

February 26, 1929 – May 9, 2016

Barbara Cloud peacefully passed to Heaven on May 9. She was 87.

Barbara was born to Glen and Margaret James on Feb. 26, 1929 in Redlands, Calif. She married Ernest Cloud in 1946. She worked many years for civil service, retiring in 1985. She lived in Poulsbo for 31 years.

Barbara loved to travel. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting and was always making gifts for family and friends. She also crocheted lap blankets to donate to the elderly in rest homes.

Barbara was preceded in death by her husband in 1980; her daughter, Chris Kelley; her sister, Julie Reynolds; her brother, Bud James; and long-time companion, Glenn Danielson.

Barbara is survived by three daughters and four sons-in-law: Barbara and Blaine Morgan of Poulsbo, Joyce and Paul Davidson of Willow Springs, Missouri, Gale and Jim Geissinger of Laguna Woods, Calif., and Don Kelly of Meridian, Idaho. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Shannon, Brandi, and Brian Davidson, Anthony, Jason, and Jonny Himmelstein, Heather Lee, Tiffani Reynolds, Robert, Thomas, and Roger Geissinger; numerous great- and great-great-grandchildren; her sister, Glenna Wisegarver; and sister-in-law, Vona James.

Private graveside services took place at Stone Chapel on May 13. Arrangements entrusted to The Stone Chapel Poulsbo Mortuary. In lieu of flowers, donations preferred to American Cancer Society or American Heart Association.
