A 42-year-old Bremerton woman complaining about a Kitsap Transit driver reported being threatened with a gun Tuesday at the Bremerton ferry terminal.

The woman called police after midnight Wednesday, saying that another woman pointed a gun at her several hours earlier while waiting for the bus outside the Coldstone Creamery in the 100 block of Washington Avenue, according to reports. The 42-year-old woman told police she was complaining about the bus driver when the woman standing next to her pulled out a handgun, saying, “Shut your mouth if you don’t want to lose your face.”

The 42-year-old stood still until she boarded the bus and the woman with the gun stayed behind.

After the woman’s report to police, an officer said he recognized the victim’s description of the suspect, saying she has been spotted at the ferry terminal several times while “insinuating” she had a weapon.

No arrests were made.
