Ugandan ambassador, officials visit Poulsbo

Tour City Hall, have lunch in town before continuing on regional tour

POULSBO — Ugandan Ambassador to the United States Mull S. Katende visited Poulsbo Nov. 10 as part of a regional tour to develop political and trade relationships.

Members of the delegation included deputy ambassador Dickson Ogwang and Uganda security minister Wilson Mukasa.

The delegation toured Poulsbo City Hall, then lunched with Mayor Becky Erickson at Elmer’s Restaurant before heading to Smith Brothers Farms in Kent.
