Temporary power outage to occur at Bremerton foot ferries dock Wednesday night

Power is expected to be restored by 7 a.m. Thursday morning

Kitsap Transit issued a temporary power outage at the Bremerton foot ferries dock, effective Thursday, May 9.

Puget Sound Energy will be shutting off power for several hours beginning Wednesday night until Thursday morning for repairs. Power is expected to be restored by 7 a.m., Thursday morning.

During the outage, the dock at the Bremerton Transportation Center will have temporary lighting and the elevator will not be operating. Passengers who need the elevator Thursday morning should contact Customer Service at 1-800-501-7433 on Wednesday to make arrangements.
