Suzette Marie Swanson Zehrung of Kingston passed away Sept. 9. She was 46.

KINGSTON — Suzette Marie Swanson Zehrung of Kingston passed away Sept. 9. She was 46.

Suzette was born in Phoenix, Ariz., on June 29, 1966 to Dan and Sharon Swanson. She graduated from Bothell High School, earned an AA in early childhood development, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a registered nurse degree from Olympic College. She worked in local hospitals.

Suzette enjoyed reading, gardening, music and canning. She also enjoyed her walks on the beach with her Yorkies. Most important to her was supporting her children’s academic and athletic endeavors.

She is survived by her children, Morgan, Taylor, Nicholas, and Aimee. She is also survived by her grandmother, Hope Swanson; her parents, Dan and Sharon Swanson; and brothers, Mike and Gunnar Swanson.

Suzette was a very special spirit and will forever be in our hearts and minds with love.

A memorial service was held Sept. 15, 1 p.m., at Kingston Christian Church in Kingston.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes to have donations sent to the Aimee Rose Zehrung College Fund at Bank of America (Kingston Branch).
