SK snow predicted to last until Wednesday

Port Orchard snow weather forecast prediction national weather service

The national weather service issued an “Urgent winter weather message” at 4:46 a.m. for Port Orchard.

The snow has stopped falling, but they expect the wind to blow it around throughout the morning.

They predict temperatures to stay in the teens to 20s with light winds and clear skies today.

“Icy roads will be a problem until Thursday,” they predict, and there’s a “potential for record-breaking lows Wednesday morning.”

It may snow in the morning on Thanksgiving Day, they predict, but the snow will probably turn into rain as the temperature increases to the mid 30s to lower 40s as the day progresses.

From Thursday night until Monday, rain is predicted with temperatures in the 30s to 40s.
