David J. L. Darby, 26, a level 3 sex offender has moved to a new residence in Bremerton, according to a statement from the Bremerton Police Department.

His residence is on the 800 block of Warren Avenue.

In 2005, Darby was convicted of third-degree rape of a child and communicating with a minor for immoral purposes after sexually assaulting two 14 year old females who were known to him, the statement said.

Darby has a long criminal history and was cited for major infractions in prison. He did not complete sex offender treatment while incarcerated due to lack of time, the statement said.
