SCOUTS CELEBRATE U.S.-CANADA RELATIONS

The program, held annually most years since 1937 at the Peace Arch monument on the U.S.-Canadian border, brings thousands of Americans and Canadians together for a day of music, activities and parades to celebrate peaceful relations between the two countries.
