Residents to get limited access to Olympic View Transfer Station this weekend

Self-haul waste customers will have limited access to the Olympic View Transfer Station in Bremerton this weekend.

Kitsap County Public Works is moving forward with a plan to allow residents to bring in their trash on Saturday, April 4 and Sunday, April 5 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

A press release noted that is residents are able to follow the proper guidelines, more dates for limited access will be put forth.

Household garbage will be accepted only in bags or cans, limited to six. Residents will pay when they enter, not at the exit window, and are expected to adhere to proper social distancing protocols.
