Regal Cinemas hosts free big-screen showing of final presidential debate

PolitiFact, a project of the Tampa Bay Times and winner of the Pulitzer Prize, will live fact-check the debates.

POULSBO — Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump’s final debate before the Nov. 8 general election will air live Oct. 19 on the big screen at Regal Poulsbo Stadium 10, 750 NW Edvard St. (off Viking Avenue), Poulsbo.

The third and final presidential debate begins at 6 p.m. Pacific time Oct. 19 at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.

Admission to the Regal Cinemas showing is free. Attendees will receive one small soda with any popcorn purchase.

“After the success of airing the last debate, including many full auditoriums, we want to continue to encourage our local communities to be engaged in public policy and provide Regal guests the unique opportunity to experience the political process on the big screen,” Regal’s Steve Bunnell said in an announcement of the event. He is chief content and programming officer at Regal Entertainment Group.
