KINGSTON — Idar and Linda Slothaug, owners of 104 Trolley concession stand, are shopping around for someone to buy their business at the ferry landing.

However, port commissioners said the land lease would not be transferred to the new owner automatically. A prospective buyer was at the port’s March 25 meeting, where commissioners told him to present a business plan and the type of products he would sell, and the board would discuss transferring the lease.

The lease is up at the beginning of May.
