Children rush to collect hidden Easter eggs during the American Legion #149 annual community Easter egg hunt at Forest Ridge Park in Bremerton March 26.

Children ages 1 to 12 were given free Easter bags for the search. About 150 people took part in the event. Children and parents lined the edge of the forest and at noon the children scrambled to find the eggs. Just about three minutes later, most of the eggs had been collected.
