BREMERTON — The westbound lane of Burwell Avenue adjacent to the new 606 apartment complex will be closed from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. May 23-25 so that construction workers can safely install siding on the new building.

The detour will be marked and is a simple “one-block drive-around.” Traffic entering the intersection at Pacific and Burwell will be detoured one block north to Fourth Street and then west one block to Park Avenue and then south one block back to Burwell.

Eastbound traffic on Burwell, and ferry traffic utilizing the ferry tunnel, will not be impacted.
