PORT ORCHARD — The Kitsap County Veterans Advisory Board is accepting applications for new members.

The Veterans Advisory Board advises the Board of County Commissioners on the needs of local indigent veterans, and resources and programs available. Board members work to provide temporary financial emergency assistance and co-organize local county events, including stand-downs.
