Library offers a window into opera | Check It Out | July

There is something for all ages at the library this month. We are especially excited about Kingston’s first Seattle Opera Preview. On July 16, from 2-3:30p.m., Norm Hollingshead, opera aficionado, will speak on Gershwin’s Porgy and Bess. This is funded by anonymous Kingston patrons. Remember our Friends of the Library Book sale on July 16, 9a.m. to 2p.m. at the Kingston Farmers Market. Children registered for Summer Reading can use their coupons for a free book. Also for children, the library will present Bill Robison July 5, at 1:30p.m. Robison performs with wacky music, costumes and sound effects.
