The Silverdale Friends of the Library will have its monthly book sale on Saturday, Dec. 13, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Hess room of the library, located at 3450 NW Carlton St. in old town Silverdale.

Monday book sales will continue on Dec. 8, 15, 22, 29 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. A good selection of Christmas books will be  available at all sales.

The group accepts books in good condition for the book sales. Books may be dropped off at the library during regular library hours.

All proceeds from the sales go to support the many  programs the library provides to the community.
