Kiwanis honors December Students of the Month

The Kiwanis Club of Port Orchard partners with South Kitsap School District in a variety of ways.

Each month the Kiwanis Club honors outstanding junior high and high school students. The students are nominated by teachers and administrators at each school and invited to a catered lunch with their family.

The students are recognized at the meeting and presented with a check.

The students honored in December were Calli Cucciardi and Angel Prewitt, Cedar Heights Junior High School, and Sergio Lomeli-Flores, Liam Berntson, and Kennedy Craig, South Kitsap High School.
