KINGSTON — Kitsap Transit will add an evening trip to its Kingston to Bainbridge bus service this month to accommodate the new Kingston passenger ferry schedule, according to a release from the agency.

A No. 91 bus will depart downtown Kingston at 7:50 p.m. on weekdays beginning Oct. 18, the first day of the SoundRunner ferry service to Seattle. The bus will stop at George’s Corner Park and Ride on request.

The additional evening departure means the No. 91 route will serve both SoundRunner morning departures from Kingston and both evening arrivals.
