Starting Aug. 28 through Sept. 1, the Kitsap Humane Society is offering a “Black Pet Adoption Special” to coincide with the Blackberry Festival that hits Bremerton this weekend.

Adoption fees will be waived for kittens over six months old. Black and white tuxedo kittens adoption fees will be half off. For dog lovers, there will be a $20 off adoption fee special.
