LITTLE BOSTON — Herman F. Price passed away on Oct. 13 at Harrison Medical Center in Bremerton. He was 70.

He was born on Aug. 12, 1943 in Fort Defiance, Ariz. He worked for Lockheed Shipyard, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and the Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe. Herman was a United States Marine Corps veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Ellen Price; children, Joseph Price, John Price, Jimmy Price, Andre Ward, Kwa-Kwain Price, Abby Purser-Price; siblings, Kathy Arviso, Arlene Hickson, Evangeline Price, Melvin Price and Lional Price; and five grandchildren. Herman was preceded in death by his parents, Joe F. and Irene Price, and his siblings, Annie Francisco, Fannie Bolin and Manuel Price.

Family and friends attended the Memorial Service on Oct. 18, 1 p.m., at the Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribal Gym in Little Boston. A reception followed.
