POULSBO — Miss West Sound Hannah Price will compete for the Miss Washington title July 6-7 at the Highline Performing Arts Center in Burien.

A send-off is scheduled for her Sunday, 2 p.m., in the North Kitsap High School Commons. The afternoon will feature entertainment, desserts, a fashion show of Price’s Miss Washington wardrobe, and a preview of her Miss Washington talent.

Tickets are available at $10 presale, and $12 at the door. To RSVP, contact Taylor Wall at Taylor-Nicole@live.com.  Price, 18, graduates from North Kitsap High School today. She is an honor graduate.

She has dedicated her tenure as Miss West Sound to disability awareness and acceptance. That’s her platform as a Miss Washington contestant.
