Golf tourney, BBQ to raise money for lights

The Kingston Rotary Club will hold its Third Annual Golf Challenge on June 19 at White Horse Golf Club. Money raised for the annual charity golf tournament will be used to purchase and install field lighting at Kingston High School.

Several Kingston Chamber Members have indicated their support for the event by signing up as Tee sponsors or sponsors for the Beverage Cart, Longest Drive, or Closest to the Pin. If you would like to have your business become a sponsor, forms with sponsorship options are available at the Chamber Office.

Burgers and Beer Barbecue

How about a fun night out for “Burgers and Beer Barbecue” to help raise funds for the lights? Mike Richman from Mike’s Four Star BBQ will cater the event, which includes the presentation of tournament awards. See who wins at golf, they may be your neighbor or business partner.

Tickets are $15.00 per person and the menu features burgers, and Mike’s famous Carolina Coleslaw and Smokey BBQ Beans. The barbecue will begin at 6 p.m. with beer service available. Tickets can be purchased at the Chamber Office, through June 16.
